Facility Assist have a tried and true design process.

Facility Assist begin the Interior Design process by determining the needs and intention of the client. Drawing from 20+ years experience, the design work is undertaken, with the aim of being functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Working drawings and specifications are completed for interior construction, materials, finishes, space planning, lighting, furnishings, and equipment. This includes estimates of costs involved with material, labour and time for client approval.

Liaison with tradespeople is taken care of as supplies are organized and details prepared. The work of the suppliers and tradespeople is inspected, and their time, cost and quality monitored.

Finally, Facility Assist work with architects and specialists in technical areas concerned with fire, hydraulics, and mechanical, electrical and structural design to ensure the end product is seen through to the end in the highest quality possible.
